"Last week in the SFL Championship game it was a hard fought contest against a very good Carioca side who were probably the preseason favourites but the AFC boys dug in and got a point. This week we are pitted up against a Melville side in a transition period who are propping up the table. They won’t be pushovers but our boys will fancy our chances if we can play the way we know we can.
In the outdoor the Premier team are playing Vic Park who only have one win to their name all season. It won’t be easy going but we are determined to start getting more points on the board and prove we have the talent, heart and desire to be taken seriously in this league."
