Perth AFC Div 3 team travelled to Victoria Park on Sunday in a confident mood after the 10-2 demolition of Murray Rangers last weekend. We started with early possession and dictated the game from the outset but just couldn't find the goal in the first half to break the deadlock Going in 0-0 at half time.
The second half started with our defence being caught napping and Vic Park scoring to make it 1 nil . With a limited bench and Armani Cicchini and Tony Bello forced to play out the second half injured, we fought hard to get an equalizer and one came when Aiman won a penalty which was nonchalantly converted by Rob Caruso to make it 1-1. The Last 25 mins the boys were camped inside Vic Parks 18 yard box squandering numerous chances to win the game! In the end im disappointed with not getting the deserved win but extremely happy with the performance and never say die attitude!
