WHAT A GAME!!!
The AFC girls took on a very tough Fremantle City side and through shear tenacity and discipline came away with a 1-0 win.
The back four and our talented goalkeeper Clara darde held strong throughout the game in hot and trying conditions to keep Fremantle’s attack at bay, while our fantastic midfield ran & ran to feed some pin point passes to our strikers who in the end rewarded themselves and the team with a well deserved goal to take the win.
I am very proud of the way the girls played and the team spirit of this amazing bunch of girls.
