From the start of the game we were found out from two set pieces and 2 nil down within the first 15 mins. From there it was an uphill battle even though we had some good moments going forward but couldnt reduce the deficit. The Second half we huffed and puffed but the Saints were rock solid in defence and hit us with a lightning counter to make it 3 nil and game over.
A fourth goal came late in the game and showed us what level we need to be at mentally, physically and technically to compete against a super side like Perth Saints. The only positive was results in other games meant we retain third spot and try and perform better next week against Belmont Villa.”
